TIBETAN SONGS TAPE 1992

My first trip in China in 1992 was an unlucky attempt to enter Tibet.
In LITANG (western Sichuan) above 4000 meters high I bought a tape from Tibetan people who claimed to have recorded themselves on a pre-recorded Taiwanese pop music cassette
I remember Litang like being the closest to a western movie where the Tibetan men wearing long knives ridding horses (the Indians) and the Han Chinese settlers (the cowboys) moving in with their army.
