Alan has chosen original KINK GONG recordings from Xinjiang/ China, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam; he performs mostly with guitar and voice, in a completely acoustic set.
Before each track, KINK GONG introduces to you where and when those recordings were made, with photos, videos, music and stories...
The American born Alan Bishop started the label SUBLIME FREQUENCIES in 2003.
It has helped greatly KINK GONG exposure by releasing 8 KINK GONG albums and a DVD on his prolific label. Alan Bishop is also famous for his band SUN CITY GIRLS and more....
